Vantage West Security. Your Peace of Mind.
Your account security is of paramount importance to us, therefore we have implemented a new sign-on procedure. This enhanced security means that even if your password is stolen in a phishing attack or by malicious software, the fraudster cannot access your online accounts because they do not possess the additional information that only you know.
The security procedure uses multi-factor authentication, which means that in addition to username and password, you will receive an additional identifier. This links the computer you are using to your accounts. If an unrecognized computer attempts to access your accounts, the security system either sends a code via telephone, text, or email, or it asks a challenge question.
Your peace of mind is important to us. Below is a "Help Guide" with screenshots that demonstrate what the new enhanced security sign in screen look like.
