Merchant Window For the convenience of our business members, we have a MERCHANT WINDOW at each branch location.
Bulk Deposit Service Guidelines- Business Deposits and Transactions
Bulk Deposits - Bulk deposits can be made only by business members at a Merchant Teller window. The Bulk Deposit service allows the business member to deposit large numbers of checks without waiting for the Merchant Teller to process each check. Bulk Deposits are subject to verification. To make a Bulk Deposit, the business member must ensure the following:
- Each check in the deposit must be endorsement stamped
- The deposit must include an adding machine tape of checks
- The deposit slip will list:
- Dollar amount of cash, if any
- Dollar amount of check total
- Item count of checks
- Total deposit amount
Each check in a bulk deposit must be endorsement stamped. The business member's endorsement stamp must include the following:
For deposit only
#account number
Name of Business
Business Check Hold Policy - A hold may be placed on some checks for the protection of the credit union and the member.
Check Cashing- If business member needs cash, a separate withdrawal transaction must be done after the deposit is made, subject to availability of funds.
Deposit with cash back - I f the business member needs cash, a separate withdrawal transaction must be done after the deposit is made, subject to availability of funds.
Transfers - Business accounts and personal accounts must be kept separate for the security of the credit union and the member.
