Loan rate discount may only be added within 90 days of the open date.  Loan discount is .50% less than the rate you would normally receive on that loan. Not eligible for discounts are  First Mortgages, 15 Year Fixed Rate Closed-End Second Mortgages, Share Secured Loans, and Visa Credit Cards. Rate will be increased to the regular rate if the member no longer meets qualifications.
