1) Online Bill Pay is free with a Visa check card and it is an an optional service and subject to approval. It includes 10 payments per month and 75 cents for ea. additional payment. If FREE bill pay criteria is not met, there is a $5.95 monthly fee for the service. If no Online Bill Payment activity occurs for 90 days, it will be automatically deactivated. This does not preclude you from re-activating. 2) Subject to approval. 3) Must be 18 years or older. 4) Must be 21 years of age or older, or have a qualified co-signer. Minimum age, even with a co-signer, is 18. 5) Non-Vantage West ATM surcharges and/or international ATM fees may apply.
