1) Online Bill Pay is subject to approval. It includes 10 payments per month and 75 cents for ea. additional payment. If FREE bill pay criteria is not met, there is a $5.95 monthly fee for the service. If no Online Bill Payment activity occurs for 90 days, it will be automatically deactivated. This does not preclude you from re-activating. 2) Subject to approval. 3) Must be 18 years or older. 4) Must be 21 years of age or older, or have a qualified co-signer. Minimum age, even with a co-signer, is 18. 5) Non-Vantage West ATM surcharges and/or international ATM fees may apply. (6) If an overdraft item is paid through Discretionary Overdraft Privilege, a fee, as disclosed in our fee schedule, will be imposed for each overdraft item so covered.
